Sometimes while browsing the web, you may experience unintended behaviors on a website, such as something not loading properly, or maybe you're not able to log in. Luckily, there's a fix that'll work most of the time, which is clearing your browser cache!
There are two ways to clear your cache, method 1 being one for a specific website, and omethod 2 for your entire browser. We'll start with the former.
Method 1
Step 1:
Navigate to the top left corner of your browser and click on the "view site information" button, then click on "Cookies and site data".
Step 2:
In that sub-menu, click on "Manage on-device site data"
Step 3:
Click on the trash can icon for all of the websites listed, then click Done and refresh the page. You may have to log back into the site or reopen anything you were previously looking at.
Method 2
Step 1:
Press "Ctrl + H" on your keyboard. Alternatively, click on the three dots in the top right of your browser, then navigate to "History". Hover over it with your mouse, then click on "History" to the left of the pop up box.
Step 2:
Click on "Delete browsing data".
Step 3:
Select the time range you'd like to delete, the type of data if you'd like, then click "Delete data" and you're done!
Hopefully either of these methods worked to fix your issue, but if not, feel free to contact Support and we'll get you taken care of!
