How to update your Autodesk profile

It's crucial to keep your Autodesk profile accurate and complete for efficient project management. Incomplete profiles can lead to issues when assigning contracts, issues, RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, etc., which can disrupt the project flow.


When a profile is created, the invited person often does not fill in their name correctly or add their cell phone number.


Here's a simple method to resolve this problem.

  1. Log in to https://acc.autodesk.com and click on your profile icon in the top corner.




2. Select "Profile Settings."




Select "Personal Information" and ensure that your name and phone number are correct. The more complete and accurate your profile is, the more it helps with communication.
