- Make sure to download the ACC Mobile App from your mobile device store.
- Select the Sheet that CPPI has designated for Punch.

| Tap on the Sheet the location where you have identified an Issue | Enter a Description if Applicable. Use the Microphone Icon to dictate into the App if you prefer over typing. | Scroll down to the "Use camera" option and add photos. |
